July 19th Special Frank Surface WOD Edition (Frank you are so awesome!! And Vanessa thank you for setting this up!!!) Absolute best place in the world to do CrossFit is at Frank's house. Why am I looking for warehouse space? Frank, can I just sub lease your basketball court? Would you mind if put in a 20 foot pullup bar system? Great job everyone!!! That was fun and I enjoyed meeting you all. I definitely see a lot of CrossFit warriors out there.

Score: Jaci takes home the iron with 7 rounds and 7 cleans, Todd, Jon, Devin tied with the exact score of 7 rounds and 5 cleans, Tim knocks outs 6 Rounds + 5 Burpees, Michael with a very impressive 5 rounds and about 5 cleans using the med ball, Colleen hammering it with 5 rounds and 15 cleans... Melissa knocking out 6 rounds with 20#s and Rosie who had superb form knocked out 5 rounds and started round 6 also using 20#s. Jeanne and Linda doing awesome with 4 and 3 rounds...
Just need a chalk outline for the sweat angel.
